Photography Policy

SHSG Photography & Recording Policy – Updated May 2026

Photography, video, and audio recordings may occur at Second Harvest of South Georgia (SHSG) facilities, volunteer activities, events, and field trips. Some of these images and recordings may be used in marketing, promotional, educational, social media, or other SHSG materials.

By entering SHSG property or participating in an SHSG event, volunteer activity, or field trip, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant SHSG permission to use your image, voice, and likeness without compensation or prior approval. You also release SHSG and its representatives from any liability related to the use of these materials.

Personal photography or recording on SHSG property, in SHSG vehicles, or at SHSG events is prohibited unless prior permission has been granted by SHSG leadership.

Visitors must be accompanied by a SHSG staff member unless otherwise authorized. If you are registering or participating as part of a group, you confirm you have the authority to grant this consent on behalf of all group members.
